Description
Lowers opponent's Defense and Special Defense every turn, and they cannot flee or switch out.
Targets
One other Pokémon on the field, selected by the trainer. Stolen moves reuse the same target.
Effects
Octolock prevents the target from fleeing or switching out. At the end of each turn, the target's Defense and Special Defense are lowered by one stage each.
